As you may have seen in our What's New in May update, we recently implemented some important performance and scalability improvements. As part of our investment and continuous improvement strategy, we are continually identifing areas of the platform that require increased resource allocation to meet growing user demand and evolving client needs.
These improvements will also give our team greater visibility to monitor, identify, and resolve issues in real time. Improvements include investment by aXcelerate in the latest AI technologies to scan for issues, recommend fixes, and automatically add infrastructure resources in response to demand spikes. We have also continued to evolve information security practices in response to growing cyber threats, obtaining certification in the latest iteration of ISO 27001.
These enhancements are an ongoing effort and will be passed on to you as our valued clients at no additional cost. We are dedicated to continuously improving our products and services, and over the coming months, further improvements are planned to roll out across the aXcelerate system for all clients.
