Is there an integration with LLN Robot?
LLN Robot has an integration that allows you to access the functionality and reporting of LLN Robot directly from aXcelerate when you enrol a learner into a course. Find out more in this LLN Robot Help Article.
Will you be maintaining your ISO 27001 certification for information security management systems, and what other priorities do you have regarding data security? Additionally, is documentation available on AI and security in aXcelerate?
We are certified in ISO 27001:2022, ISO9001 and TPES under the Right for Risk program.

What is one feature that may be underutilised in aXcelerate by RTOs that you wish more people knew about?
There are many features within aXcelerate that can provide a huge amount of value for your organisation.
Since its release, we’ve greatly expanded what the Agreements feature can do. Agreements allow you to send signable Templates from aXcelerate to signatories. Signatories don’t need a login to sign, and their digital signature is automatically captured in the aXcelerate system.
And for a staple feature in aXcelerate that we commonly see underutilised, the Trainer Matrix! Many clients use the Trainer Competency area in the system, however, only a few use the Trainer Evidence area. This feature helps to streamline the manual process of managing evidence and automate reminders on expiring evidence to trainers and admins via our Workflow Automation system.
How often do you host sessions like aXcelerate Day? If only yearly, are there any opportunities to run similar sessions online?
aXcelerate Day is currently held annually, with this year being our second time hosting our own dedicated conference.
We have many online resources such as webinars and client forum recordings available for you to view, and are planning more engaging online and in-person sessions for 2025! Watch this space!

Our future plans for AI focus on enhancing the learning experience and operational efficiency for our clients. We are working on leveraging AI to streamline routine tasks and make it more efficient to work in aXcelerate.
